I completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience at Temple University, where my research focused on the role of emotion in attentional processes. I went on to earn my graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in obesity and obesity-related conditions from a behavioral health perspective.
Throughout my career, I have worked with clients across the lifespan and a wide range of functioning levels in diverse clinical settings, including the Department of Veterans Affairs, Cooper University Hospital, Northwest Human Services, and The Bridge. These experiences have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities within the behavioral health system.
Working across such varied environments has given me valuable insight into the gaps that often exist in wellness care. It is this perspective that has guided the development of my practice—one designed to offer a more thoughtful, integrated, and client-centered approach to care.

My objective is to support individuals in identifying and achieving their personal goals while navigating life’s transitions and challenges with clarity and confidence. I work with individuals, couples, and families using a Cognitive Behavioral approach, with a strong emphasis on recognizing and building upon personal strengths.
Through our work together, I provide practical tools to help you develop a stronger sense of self, clarify your values, passions, and aspirations, and create a clear, actionable path toward your desired outcomes. As your coach, I offer guidance and support across areas such as personal growth, health and wellness, parenting, and both personal and professional relationships.
My ultimate goal is to empower you to lead a life that feels purposeful, aligned, and deeply fulfilling.
