As a transitional life coach, my role is to help individuals navigate significant life transitions or changes as a supportive and objective partner. I work closely with my clients to understand their unique situations and provide guidance to ensure they successfully manage and adapt to these changes effectively, and with greater confidence. My goal is to empower clients who are facing one or more life transitions to take control, adapt to new circumstances, and ultimately achieve their desired outcomes.
Clarify Goals & Values: My first step is to have open and meaningful conversations with my clients to help clarify goals, values, and priorities during a transitional period. I aim to gain a complete understanding of what they want to achieve, and what matters most to them.
Create a Structured Plan: I work alongside my clients to create a clear and actionable plan to navigate their transition. This plan includes setting specific objectives, identifying potential obstacles, and developing strategies to overcome them.
Provide Accountability: Accountability is often something that cannot be provided by friends and family. I provide objective support through holding clients accountable for agreed upon action steps and goals.
Emotional Support: I acknowledge that life transitions can be emotionally challenging. I provide emotional support through process oriented techniques, helping my clients manage stress, anxiety, and any other emotions that may arise.
Provide strategies for coping with uncertainty and fear.
Focus on Building Resilience: I help my clients develop resilience and adaptability, key qualities for successfully navigating life transitions. I teach them how to overcome setbacks and maintain a positive attitude.
Assist with Problem Solving: Many life transitions involve practical problems and important decisions. I assist my clients in problem-solving and decision-making, helping them assess their options and make informed choices.
Support Skill Development: Tailored to the individual nature of the transition, I help my clients develop specific skills relevant to their goals. This could include improving communication, time management, setting boundaries, and managing conflicts effectively.
Continuously Monitor Progress: I regularly assess my clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to the coaching plan. This ensures that they remain aligned with their goals and make any required changes as the transition unfolds.
As a mindset coach, my primary focus is on helping individuals develop a positive and growth-oriented mindset while developing and building a strong Sense of Self.
Mindset Assessment: I begin by assessing the current mindset of my clients. This involves understanding their beliefs, attitudes, and thought patterns, especially those that may be limiting or self-sabotaging.
Goal Setting: Together with my clients, I help them define their goals and aspirations, both personally and professionally. This step is crucial in guiding our work toward achieving their desired outcomes.
Identifying Limiting Beliefs: I work with clients to identify and challenge any limiting beliefs or negative thought patterns that may be holding them back. We explore where these beliefs come from and how they impact their mindset.
Train The Brain: I teach clients how to acknowledge their thoughts which lead to negative emotion and action. Reprograming thought patterns to cultivate a more optimistic and empowered mindset.
Self-Awareness & Reflection: I encourage clients to develop self-awareness by reflecting on their thoughts, and connecting them to emotional and behavioral outcomes. This self-reflection helps them understand the connection between their mindset and their actions.
Resilience & Growth Mindset: I help clients cultivate resilience and a growth mindset, which involves viewing challenges and setbacks as opportunities for learning and growth rather than as failures.
Stress Management: I teach stress management techniques to help clients cope with challenges and maintain a positive mindset, even in difficult situations.
Accountability: I hold clients accountable for implementing mindset strategies and making progress toward their goals. Regular check-ins help ensure they stay on track.
Confidence Building: Building self-confidence is often a key aspect of mindset coaching. I provide tools and strategies to boost clients' self-esteem and self-assurance.

As a parenting coach, my role is to provide guidance, support, and resources to parents who are seeking help with various aspects of their parenting journey. I work closely with parents to help them build and maintain healthy, positive, and effective relationships with their children. I work to empower parents with knowledge and tools they need to navigate the challenges of raising children and to create a loving, nurturing, and supportive family environment. I collaborate with parents to help them become the best parents they can be, while addressing their unique circumstances and goals
Assessment: I begin by assessing the unique needs and challenges of each parent and family. I take the time to understand the specific issues they're facing, whether it's related to discipline, implementation of structure, communication, sibling rivalry, or any other parenting concern.
Goal Setting: Together with the parents, I help establish clear and realistic goals. These goals may be related to improving family dynamics, addressing behavioral issues, or enhancing communication within the family.
Education: I provide parents with valuable information and insights into child development, psychology, and effective parenting techniques. This education helps parents make informed decisions about their parenting approaches.
Skills Development: I teach parents practical parenting skills and strategies that are tailored to their unique situation. This may include communication techniques, discipline methods, and problem-solving strategies.

My primary goal as a class instructor is to provide guidance, support, and education to parents or caregivers in a non-judgmental atmosphere while encouraging open and honest communication among the participants. I create a structured learning environment where participants can obtain knowledge and skills that enhance their parenting abilities while gaining the valuable benefits of a group environment. I prepare a curriculum for each class session that covers various aspects of parenting including child development milestones, effective communication, discipline strategies, implementation of structure, tools to discuss current social environment, and building a nurturing environment. I engage with the class through interactive discussions, group activities, and practical demonstrations to ensure that the material is understood and can be applied in real-life situations.

Validation: Parents can find validation in group, knowing that their parenting struggles are shared by others. This can reduce feelings of isolation and self-doubt.
